GMC's Endmatcher "SUPERANDOM" is
composed of all the key components that make up a
Endmatching Machine; Base, Column, Chain, Top Pressure and
Electronics.
These flexible endmatchers have a unique random working technique for matching pieces with different widths and lengths at a continuous cycle without having to constantly set-up the machine. Our end-matchers are complete with four (4) chains standard to maintain accuracy like no other in the industry. The SUPERANDOM has a 3 meter opening hopper fed and is composed of Top and Bottom Scoring and a two milling units on each side. The first milling unit is fitted with a jump mechanism to prevent tear out. |

Base structure in monolithic steel, treated and stabilized, for supporting the feed tracks, top pressures and the operating units. |

| CHAIN | ||
| All Sliding Chains use Gabbiani's patented feed track which incorporates permanently lubricated and sealed needle bearings. The proven design of the Gabbiani chain, utilizing a joining link between each car of the chain, allows for direct tensioning of the chain and smoother interpolation of the drive sprocket. The connecting link and the cars are made from synchronized steel preventing stretching of the chain that is inherent to our competition's chain track. Amongst our standard sliding chains (standard and narrow) we also offer a roller bearing chain for high speeds. Different chains are available as well to meet your application needs. | ||

TOP PRESSURE | |
|
Special top pressure beams with double belts. Vertical travel via screw manually controlled with mechanical digital indicator. Approaching devices fitted on the top pressure beams at the infeed of the machine, to ensure that the pieces stay against the bars attached to the feed tracks. |
