GMC's Double End Tenoner "TSG-J"
is suitable for carrying out different types of workings in
automatic cycle. The characteristics which distinguish
our machines, precision and reliability, remain unchanged.
The tenoners are modular and compact with a rigid steel
structure. The high precision feed tracks are 60mm
wide, suitable for working narrow pieces as well at a fast
speed. The positioning and movements are controlled
with precise ball screws. Variable feed speeds and
motor rotation are controlled by inverter. Soundproof
cabinets are installed on the machine.
The base on this serious "TSG-J" is not capable of being altered to fit your specifications. It is a standard machines with three different options for infeed requirements. You have a total of 4 open spaces on each side to allow for motor configuration. The most common configuration is Independent Jump Scoring, Sizing/Hogging, Jump Cope, Cope for smaller to medium size cabinet shops looking to make their own 5 piece doors. |
