Service

	Service Policy The normal operating hours for the service department are from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Any travel time or time worked outside these hours will be billed at time plus one half of the normal rates. All calls will be made as soon as possible; however, priority is given to customers who purchased the machine(s) from Danckaert. All traveling and living expenses (airfare, lodging, parking fees, tolls, ground transportation, meals, and miscellaneous expenses) are additional and will be billed at cost. All Service Calls are charged at the following rates:

	Weekdays

	Travel Time		$100.00
	Mileage Chart		$0.50
	Tier 1 Level (In-house Service)		$80.00
	Tier 2 Level (On-Site)		$100.00

	Weekends or Holidays

	Travel Time		$200.00
	Mileage Chart		$0.50
	Tier 1 Level (In-house Service)		$160.00
	Tier 2 Level (On-Site)		$200.00

	Any questions regarding "Level of Service" should be discussed with the Service Department prior to scheduling. Note: Service travel times are from Norcross, GA. We will do our best to reduce costs related to travel time, lodging and meals.
