GMC's Automatic Profiler "PDA /
PDA" is composed of all the key components that make up a
Tenoning Machine; Base, Column, Chain, Top Pressure and
Electronics. As vital as these components are in the
longevity of the machine and the quality of your
application, if these machines are not configured correctly
they will not perform. Please consult with a
specialist to ensure your needs are met from every aspect.
The "PDA / PDA" is complete with motors on both sides for working the material or only on one side "PDA." When running a double side profiler "PDA / PDA" the chains are staggered allowing for smaller parts to be fed thru the machine. When using these types of machines, you loose the ability to square your material. Normally these machines would be used while producing drawer fronts or flooring when removing the banana effect from the material. |
