The Stemas "MD" Series  of machinery consist of special profile processing machines.

When looking at these machines, please keep in mind that most of these were built for specific reasons for specific customers.  Even though most of them have turning into a "standard" line of machinery, they are still very capable of being altered to fit your needs. 

While simple and versatile use, combined with a modular construction, system permit this machine to be personalized and equipped according to specific needs and use.

End cutting machine for bars with 90° and 45° cuts

T
he 01TDF end cutting machine cuts bar ends and lined or lacquered frames made of MDF wood or similar materials.
 
 

  End cutting boring machine for bars with 90° and 45° cuts

The 01TFDF end cutting machine cuts and bores the ends of 90° to 45° bars.

 
 

 

Semi-automatic work centre to cut and bore door profiles and jambs with 45° and 90° joints.

Semi-automatic work centre 01 TFRD cuts and bores door profiles and jambs with 45° and 90° joints.
 
 

  Semi-automatic press with electromechanical axis positioning for profiles with 90° and 45° cuts

The ST45 press is specifically designed to assemble furniture doors with 90° and 45° joints, bed head and foot boards, drawers, moldings on panels and other assembled pieces maximum 100 mm thick.

 
 

 

Static trimming machine for bars with 90° cut

The 03MRS trimming machine trims the heads of bars and frames.
 
 

  Static edge banding machine with paper, PVC and veneer edging and glue pur holt-melt glue for bars with 90° cut

The 02MBS edge banding machine band edges bar and frame ends with paper, pvc and veneer edges.

 
 

 

Static boring rolling dowel insertion machines with numeric control

The 02FSS machine bores and inserts rolling dowels and glue n wooden or similar bars lined with pvc, paper, veneered or lacquered.
 
 

  Static edge banding machine for bars with hot-foil edges

The 02FT 1 edge banding machine bands the edges of bars and frames with 90° to 45° cuts with hot-foil.

 
 

 

One-sided automatic edge banding machine for straight and curved profiles with paper, PVC and veneer edges with pur or hot-melt glue

The BORD SA239 01 machine edge bands the ends of straight and curved profiles and panels with paper, PVC and veneer with pur or hot-melt glue.
 
 

  Automatic work centre for lateral rectification, edge banding with MDF fins on tabs and solid wood on door jambs

The 02 PLDF machine laterally rectifies, edge bands with MDF fins and then divides bars. This special patented process can produce 4 tabs with fins at a time. The machine can also glue solid wood on door jambs.

 
 

 

90° cutting and loading line for bars

The 03CA + 01TDA loading and cutting line loads and cuts work pieces. Thanks to the system with clamps and roller feed, this machine is especially suited to load telescopic tabs, flat frames or bars in general, horizontally or vertically positioned on the section.
 
 

  Static boring machine for bars

The 04FSA1 boring machine bores bars, wooden or similar planks lined with pvc, paper or lacquered. The high quality of the materials used for construction and the distinguishing technical and machining specifications ensure a high level of precision and reliability. The employed feeding system, on rectified tracks secured with ball runners, guarantees machining speed and precise execution. Among the various available options we would like to point out: digital positioning screen with centesimal display.
