This fully automated mortising machine works off of a D.C. motor moving and positioning the piece to be chiseled with no manual labor through the use of a ram and a vertical and horizontal clamping system. The piece is then ejected from the machine automatically. With various options you may even add a vertical controlled axis to the machine to enhance your machine and controller. Other available options include such features as a piece counter, job list, and programmable intermittent chiseling combined with quick chip unloading. |

Driven by a D.C. motor, this machine comes standard with one mortising head that moves at 40 m/min (2nd & 3rd heads are optional. With a controller holding up to 50 programs which automatically adjust to the length of the piece being machined. This is a much customized machine. |
