Feed thru machine for profiling and sanding. 

The 6000 Series unlike the 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000 Series are custom specked to fit your needs.  These machines come in various base sizes to accommodate your profiling and / or sanding needs.  When producing very small and complex parts a vacuum bed is available also.

The high quality of the material used for construction and the distinguishing technical and machining specifications ensure a high level of precision and reliability.  Theses machines operate with a chain feeding system and rubberized plates with high coefficients of friction.  Most machines come equipped standard with wheel recovery for composite type wheels and inverters for profile type wheels.  This gives you the flexibility to operate to your specifications now and later.

Amongst the standard series of machines listed above, you may also order these machines custom built to your specifications for your production requirements.  Among the various available options we would like to point out; the motorization for work unit movement, computerized control of unit positioning, adjustment of rotation speed of sanding heads, recovery for sanding units, and our patented self-setting system of the counter shape on belt sanders that reduces equipment assembly time on each single unit by 50%.
